Eligibility: Service club, volunteer, or non-profit
organization within the Sherwood area.

Eligibility: Selfless young person 21 years of age or younger
within the Sherwood area.

Eligibility: Educator in the Sherwood School District.

Thank you for recognizing the outstanding citizens, organizations, and businesses in Sherwood. Winners will be announced at the 2022 Sherwood Chamber of Commerce Spotlight on Sherwood Awards Dinner on February 24th, 2022 at Sherwood Center for the Arts from 6pm to 9pm. Winners will also be acknowledged in the 2022 Annual Business & Community Resource Guide. For complete rules, please see sherwoodchamber.org. Carefully read the eligibility for all award categories and complete the below form. Please describe how the nominee has distinguished himself/herself/itself with respect to both service and achievement for the award category. Supplemental items such as newspaper articles, citations for service and achievement, photos, or letters of endorsement from city officials, friends, etc. (limit five 8 1/2 x 11 pages) are highly encouraged and may be submitted separately prior to the deadline by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. All information submitted will become property of the Sherwood Chamber of Commerce. Submit all nominations to the Sherwood Chamber by 5 pm Friday, January 21, 2022.
