Sherwood, OR August 20, 2021 –

The 2021 Les Schwab Tire Centers Cruisin’ Sherwood Classic & Custom Car Show has been canceled.

The show was originally moved from June 12th to Aug. 28th to give our community time to put the pandemic behind us.

Unfortunately, this is the second year in a row the impact of the COVID-19 virus has caused the cancelation of Cruisin’ Sherwood. “The recent surge of infections is something that we could not ignore. We’ve had lengthy discussions exploring various options to minimize risk and exposure to volunteers and participants. In the end, however, we felt the risk was still too high for our community.” said Sherwood Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Corey Kearsley. “We are thankful for all of the community’s support and the hard work of our organizing committee and volunteers. We look forward to next year when we can truly honor the last 30 years of Cruisin’ Sherwood tradition.”

Attention will now be turned to next year’s show on June 18, 2022 and planning the many favorite Cruisin’ activities including the engine blow and burnout, kids’ zone, live music, vendors, and food court.
